At Helping Hands, we understand that bespoke complex care looks different for everyone, and this is something we always consider when building a bespoke care plan.

Get started with complex homecare from Helping Hands
If you’d like to learn more about our services and how we can support you or your loved one, we’re here to support you through our simple three-step process.

Step one: Enquire with your nearest Helping Hands branch
It’s natural to have a few questions, so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to get in touch to learn more.
We have Helping Hands branches covering West Northumberland and East Northumberland. Call, email, or fill in our online form, and a team member will be in touch as quickly as possible.
Step two: Attend your free, no-obligation initial assessment
A member of our team will schedule your at-home assessment. These are completely free and no obligation.
We will visit you or the service user in the comfort of their home to learn more about their current challenges, needs, and preferences. This will provide us with all the information we need to put together a bespoke care plan.

Step three: We build a bespoke complex care plan
After the initial assessment, we’ll put together a bespoke care plan, detailing everything from specific services and ideal visitation times to useful notes about yourself or your loved one.
Our complex homecare services can begin as soon as required following plan approval.
