Wage
We offer guaranteed hours and good rates of pay. We believe that jobs in specialist home care should be valued and paid fairly.
There is often the opportunity to take on more hours and work to add to your weekly salary. In addition, there are job specific enhancements.
We also offer enhanced Bank Holiday rates of pay. Personal development and career progression also allows you to enhance your remuneration.
Training
Through our unique training programme, we will teach you many of the skills required for your role. A natural calling to help others, as well as compassion and dedication are key attributes, we look for in our recruitment process.
