Nicola has always worked in health and social care and has held various positions including care assistant, care coordinator, assistant branch manager and then registered branch manager. “I was once told the standards you walk by are the standards you accept” and this is something she lives by, ensuring service users, staff and office team members have a caring, safe, and effective service.
